Minors are not permitted to use this platform or create an account. baji168play reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration & Security Requirements
Registration Requirements
To create an account on baji168play, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Providing your real name and mobile number is mandatory
- One email address may only be used for one account
- Documents may be requested for identity verification
Password & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately at support@baji168play.com.
Baji168play will never ask for your password over the phone or by email. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent — stay alert and notify us immediately.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using baji168play, you agree to comply with the following rules at all times. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Prohibited Activities:
- Operating accounts fraudulently or maintaining multiple accounts
- Use of bots, automated software, or hacking tools
- Attempting to steal another user's information or gain unauthorized access to their account
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds
- Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus or promotion system
- Attempting to harass or mislead other users
If any of the above activities are proven, baji168play reserves the right to take legal action.
Payment & Transaction Rules
Deposit Policy
All transactions on baji168play are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Before making a deposit, please ensure you are sending the correct amount and selecting the right payment method. Funds sent with incorrect details may not be recoverable.
- Deposits are usually credited instantly
- Minimum deposit amount ৳100 (bKash & Nagad)
- Minimum ৳500 for bank transfers
- Contact us within 24 hours for any deposit issues
Withdrawal Policy
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–24 hours; however, delays may occur during the verification process or in cases of suspicious activity.
- Withdrawals are only available to registered payment methods
- Minimum withdrawal amount ৳300
- Wagering requirements apply to the withdrawal of bonus balance
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering Policy
Baji168play complies with applicable laws in Bangladesh and actively works to prevent money laundering. In the event of suspicious transactions, we are obligated to investigate the account and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities. Additional documentation may be required for large transactions. All users are advised to ensure their funds come from a legitimate source.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Baji168play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Terms Violation: Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent Activity: Evidence of bot usage, multiple accounts, or system hacking.
- False Information: If false identity or inaccurate information was provided at the time of registration.
- Legal Requirement: In compliance with a court order or directive from a government authority.
- Security Risk: If unauthorized access to your account is suspected, for security purposes.
Refund of any valid balance upon account closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
The logos, designs, content, software, and trademarks of baji168play are exclusively owned by baji168play. Copying, republishing, or using them for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations will be subject to legal action.
Baji168play is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party actions. Gaming outcomes are entirely random, and baji168play makes no guarantees regarding specific results. Users assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved before the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. baji168play is not responsible for third-party links or services.
